This course aims to:
1. Introduce students to the legal foundations of crime and cybercrime.
2. Clarify how traditional laws adapt (or fail) in cyberspace.
3. Explain the collection, preservation, and admissibility of digital evidence.
4. Develop awareness of cybercrime categories, from fraud to cyberbullying.
5. Foster ethical, lawful, and responsible digital citizenship.
